Mr. Ravi Rajebhosale has over 27 years of experience advising clients in a diverse range of practice areas relating to real estate, joint ventures, infrastructure, Information Technology, software companies, manufacturing companies and matters relating to real estate regulatory compliances. He has vast experience in handling civil litigation and matters pertaining to writ jurisdiction and has also been involved in arbitration proceedings. He has advised clients with the formation, registration and governance of private and public charitable trusts and in preparation of wills and codicils.
Mr. Rajebhosale has advised prominent real estate developers, investors, real estate funds, who intend to invest in the Indian real estate segment. His expertise lies in advising clients in matters involving land aggregation, structuring transactions pertaining to land acquisition for establishing townships, developing industrial and commercial complexes, mixed use development, strategy and mitigation of risk identified in transactions, ensuring compliance of various lands laws, development and planning etc. His expertise is sought on title due diligence, procuring regulatory approvals, and rural land laws, especially on acquisition of agricultural properties in Maharashtra, and commercial contracts including leasing and financing matters.
Prior to M/s H and Co.Legal, he was an Associate Partner with M/s Hariani & Co. Advocates & Solicitors for over 21 years.

Mr. Ashish Dhakne has over 22 years of experience in various practice areas of law.
He has assisted and advised several clients in various fields of real estate and related practice areas more particularly transactions relating to acquisition of huge tracts of lands for establishing commercial and residential projects, built to suit premises (for industries, hotels and warehouses), development and redevelopment of property, slum rehabilitation schemes etc. He has assisted clients in respect of transactions pertaining to acquisition of large layouts for Information Technology Parks, MIDC plots, Integrated Townships, warehousing, malls and mix-use projects. He has routinely advised clients on legal and regulatory issues in the course of leasing, joint development, mortgage, real estate acquisition and funding transactions and in matters relating to carrying out detailed due diligence and title verification of properties across India.
He is well versed with diverse real estate laws including the local laws of Maharashtra and has advised clients on applicable local regulations including land laws, land-use regulations, development and construction regulations, stamp duties and registration formalities. He has also been part of interactive sessions on Real Estate Regulation Act, 2016.
Mr. Dhakne also has considerable experience in dispute resolution and alternate dispute resolution practice areas. He has represented developers, contractors, corporate and institutional clients in disputes pertaining to real estate, commercial and construction contracts, MOFA and RERA related disputes.
He represents large corporates and reputed developers. He has also represented and advised various private and equity funds, foreign and domestic investors and companies in transactions related to real estate due diligence and funding and/or real estate opinions. Prior to M/s H and Co. Legal, he was an Associate Partner M/s Hariani & Co., Advocates & Solicitors for over 19 years.

He has significant experience and specialization in appearing and conducting civil & criminal litigations pertaining to real estates, commercial contracts, intellectual property rights and its related documentation, before the District Courts and all its Subordinates Courts, Industrial Courts, Revenue Authorities, Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions, Arbitration Tribunals, RERA Adjudicating Authorities, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Collector of Stamps, District Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
He also has an experience in litigation pertaining to Employment Laws and its related documentation.

Dhaval Kenia is an Associate Partner in H & Co., Legal. He has obtained a degree in law in year 2006 from New Law College, University of Mumbai. He has been working with H &Co. Pune since 2022. He was a Principal Associate with M/s. Hariani and Co., Advocates and Solicitors, for 11 years, prior to joining H and Co. Legal. He has an overall experience of 16 years in practising law.
He has vast experience in legal title analysis of properties by undertaking due diligence, verifying the title, identify the risks involved and issuing Title Certificates.
He has substantial expertise in multiple fields of law, primarily pertaining to acquisition of Real Estate for establishing townships, developing Industrial and Commercial Complexes on MIDC lands, residential complexes, leasing, licensing, development, re-development work. He also has substantial expertise in field of managing personal estate of the client relating to Wills and Trust matters.
He has also handled Corporate matters relating to amalgamation and mergers as well as matters relating to drafting of contracts relating to pharmacy industry. He has also drafted a variety of commercial contracts for manufacturing companies, logistics companies and service providing companies.

Trupti Albal has obtained a degree in law in the year 2004 from ILS Law College, University of Pune. She has been working in the real estate field for the last 15 years.
Trupti has an experience in various fields of law, her main practice areas being real estate and litigation. Through the years, she has gained an extensive experience in real estate transactions, and is well-versed with local property, real estate laws and regulations.. She has assisted and advised clients in several real estate transactions involving carrying out property title due diligence, acquisition and development of lands.
Trupti also has an experience in civil and revenue related disputes and conducting proceedings before the respective courts and forums.

Rajaram Gaikwad has obtained a degree in law in the year 1994 from Thane Law College, University of Bombay and possesses vast experience of 25 years. He has been associated with the firm for 14 years, and was also worked with corporates in real estate areas.
He has experience and expertise in litigation, real estate areas.
His expertise is involved in drafting of various land and property documents, advising clients on lands laws, land compliance, analyzing regulatory updates, identifying and giving solutions on legal and regulatory issues in transaction involving lease, development, and land acquisitions, good skills in closure of transactions involving due diligence, fixing up strategy for mitigating the risk in transaction, and transaction documents.
With vast 25 years of experience and with his methodical, critical approach, and good understanding of lands laws, he has been advising on applicable local regulations including land-use regulations, zoning regulations, development and construction approvals, layout specifications, stamp duties and registration formalities.
He also has good understanding and experience in handling and representing clients on disputes pertaining to civil litigations, dispute in construction contracts, MOFA related disputes, RERA related disputes, commercial contracts, criminal litigations and revenue matters.

Suraj is strong legal professional and has completed his LL.B from D.E.S Navalmal Firodiya Law College Pune, in the year 2016. He has also completed his LL.M from University of Pune in Criminology and Penology.
Suraj's practice encompasses significant experience in major branches of litigation- Civil, Commercial and Arbitration. He has represented clients before several Courts and Forums including District Courts, Quasi-Judicial Authorities, RERA Authorities, Consumer Forums, etc.

He started his apprenticeship in the field of law right from his first year of college, and has since then garnered experience in Criminal Litigation and Civil Non-Litigation practice, having assisted eminent Criminal Lawyers and Senior Counsel in the past, whereby he garnered exquisite drafting skills.
He has worked comprehensively in the field of Real Estate Law, and has frequented before the High Court at Bombay, the District and Sessions Court in Pune, Office of the Collector and Commissioner of Pune, Office of the Charity Commissioner at Pune, and other quasi-judicial authorities.

Abigail has completed her LL. B from University of Pune. She also holds a Diploma in Arbitration and Conciliation and ADRS.
Abigail has embraced and exhibited good awareness of several laws as well as the practice and procedures involved from her experience in the past. She has about 4 years of hands on experience in the legal field and has embraced substantial knowledge in the multiple fields of law.
Her area of expertise also covers appearing before the District Courts, Civil and Criminal Courts, Small Causes Courts, Quasi-Judicial Authorities and other Forums at Pune and she has throughout honed her drafting and overall skills.
At H & Co. Legal, Abigail is part of the Real Estate and Litigation team. Her practice encompasses conducting due diligence for several high-profile clients, along with drafting and vetting agreements, deeds and documents involved in real estate transactions, conveyancing, drafting title opinions, as well as assisting & advising on contractual and technical aspects of high value projects/transaction and acquisitions of lands thereof. She is also entrusted with handling various litigation matters such as civil and revenue disputes and conducting the legal proceedings before the authorities.
On a constant quest to better herself Abigail is currently pursuing her LL.M in Business Laws.

Barshana has completed her BA. LL. B from University of Calcutta. She is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She is certified in Commercial Arbitration from ICSI. She is working with team at H & Co Legal, majorly focusing on corporate, company and commercial dispute and legal research and drafting.
She has keen interest in areas relating to Company Laws, Tax Laws, IPR, and Environmental Laws and understands the intricacies of research and drafting and legal due diligence.
She has assisted in matters relating to Companies Act 2013, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Courts, Land Records etc.
She hopes to be valuable asset to the firm and contribute effectively.
